Our Charitable Foundation exists due to donations of citizens of Voronezh, who are ready to land their helping hands to those who are in need. Everybody is able to make contributions by opening their hearts and simply not to be indifferent to others who need help.
The Foundation “DOBROTA” renders help to citizens of Voronezh who are turned out to be in trouble. It gives regular support for such population stratum as disabled people, pensioners, veterans, elderly people, children without parental care, orphans, single parents and large families. The Foundation helps and works with orphanages, boarding schools, nursing homes, social centers of Voronezh and its regions. Also, the Foundation closely works with city’s educational and preschool institutions.
He was born on December,29 in 1954 in Voronezh. In 1975 he graduated secondary technical school, then worked as a repairman on Lenin’s factory. He worked on building military units constructing blocks of flats, aircraft manufacturing plants and many others. He got three diplomas of Higher Education: 1985- Polytechnic Institute as Mechanical Engineer; 1996- Moscow Institute of Finance and Economics (Finance and Credit); 2004- RANEPA in Voronezh (Jurisprudence).
He has been a general director of Yarmarka TVC (Trade fair centre) since 1997. A. Zhukov found Charitable Foundation “DOBROTA” in 1999. He has been a Deputy of the City Duma since 2001.
