Representatives of Fund “Kindness” visited Bobrovskay boarding school. At the concert, which was dedicated to the end of the school year, the volunteers brought sweet gifts and warm hearts.
On Friday, May 13, the boarding school for orphans in Bobrovsk arranged the traditional concert. This concert is yearly held before the summer holidays, boys and girls prepare for it the whole year: children rehearse dances, compose songs, learn poems and master their acrobatic skills. The best of them will certainly be appeared before the footlights.
It is always difficult to come to the orphanage or boarding school whose pupils, for various reasons, are left without parents. Having appeared in Bobrovsk School for orphans you experience some mingled feelings.
– Some time ago children lived as they attend classes, but recently we have decided to settle children in “families”, − said the teacher of school Lyubov Anatolyevna. – There live 7 kids as brothers and sisters and a teacher who is called “mummy”. They live in flats which are cozy and well furnished.
While kids are finishing their preparations we are heading to classrooms. Recently a lot of things have been changed there. There has appeared a dark room with musical sofas and a special table where kids can draw with sand and have rest. There have also been various tinker toys to master fine motor skills, coordination of movement, and there are many toys on the shelves and a pool with soft balls in the corner.
The other classroom has multifunctional equipment such as tools for improvement of memory and cognition of preschool and younger learners. Also, there is a driving regulations classroom with computers and modern simulators with sound assistance. With the help of these two simulators, we master children’s skills using «the Young pedestrian” and “Young cyclist” programs.
There is a driving simulator. It is easier to get driving license having practiced their skills beforehand. Teachers say that there are usually lots of pupils, but today there are no queues just because all children are busy as a bee. It’s obvious as such a classroom is the 8th in Russia and the 1st in the region.
The finishing point is kids’ playroom where ten preschool learners play. Noticing Alexandr Alekseevich one of the boys rushes to greet and hug him.

There are some kids in the orphanage who have special needs, many of them doesn’t speak. To solve some of the evident problems we can share our love with them, show patience and pay attention to their needs.One of our children is 12, when we got acquainted he couldn’t speak at all− says a teacher, − and now tell me what my name is.
− Lubov Vyatcheslavovna, − smiles the boy.
Meanwhile, the concert begins. This time it is dedicated not only to the approaching end of the school year, but also to the year of cinema.
−Every may concert is thematic, – explains Lyubov Anatolievna. – This time we couldn’t but pay attention to the movie theme. The school has various sections: music, sports and others. All year round, children prepare different performances. More than that, teachers also take part in the concert.
The guests of the event are sponsors, and trustees whose support let the orphanage exist. Everybody does their best to pay attention and bring presents to the children.
– Today’s concert gives you energy and positive emotions for the coming year, − says A. Zhukov. – It is always pleasure to come here and see such talented, smiling children, and teachers who put all their souls and hearts into the educational process of their inmates. It is necessary to appreciate such character traits.
Despite the atmosphere of warmth and comfort that is in the air of the school, we realize that this is a boarding school, and someday all these children have to enter the big world. We should hope that all the good, warmth and love that we give will be with them all their lives.
